Baudelio Hernández is an intellectual property lawyer, journalist and founder of Baudelio & Cía. S.C. His area of expertise includes, among others, trademark counseling and litigation, patent counseling and litigation, copyright counseling and litigation, enforcement of intellectual property rights, counseling in the protection of intellectual property rights abroad.

Professional Experience
From 1975 to 1977, Mr. Hernández worked as an advisor in the civil, commercial, financial and corporate areas. After finishing his studies, he specialized in the areas of Intellectual Property. He was a collaborator and assistant director of the law firm J. Juarez y Asociados in the Intellectual Property area from 1980 to 1983. In 1983 he became one of the founders of Despacho Sandoval, García, Hernández, A.P., which in 1986 became Baudelio Hernández y Asociados, S.C., a law firm specializing in Intellectual Property, where he served as General Director. Subsequently, the firm changed its name to Baudelio & Cía. S.C., where Mr. Hernández maintains the position of CEO.

He regularly attends congresses and conferences in South America, the United States, Canada and the Pacific Rim countries, particularly as a special guest at congresses organized by the ASIAN PATENT ATTORNEY ASSOCIATION, MARQUES, and AIPPI.
