Paralegal. Providing support to the legal team, performing various functions such as:
- Performing phonetic searches to assess the viability of trademarks, drafting and preparing trademark registration applications, drafting briefs and replies to official actions in the Mexican Trademark Office (Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial - IMPI), as well as opposition brief drafting.
- Reports to national and international clients in Latin America.
- Appointment management within the Mexican Trademark Office.
- Support in the litigation area of the legal department, for the preparation of appeals for review, claims for revocation, nullity actions, infringement and border measures before the Mexican Trademark Office.
- Drafting and filing of nullity actions in federal courts (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa –TFJA; Sala Especializada en Materia de Propiedad Intelectual).
- Conducting inspection visits before administrative authorities and individuals.
- Preparation of applications for registration of works, drafting of contracts of assignment of rights and answering of requirements in the Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor (INDAUTOR).
